Angry Faulty Nokia 620 Advice please.

At my wits end - I have a Nokia 620 on 2 year contract. It is 7 months old and has had a fault for the last 8 weeks. The ear speaker works very intermittently so I cannot hear people speaking to me or a dial tone unless I put it on loud speaker. It has been back to the repair centre twice and each time they have told me they can't find a fault but send it back with a letter that states they have fixed the fault. The last time they sent it back the tech at the repair centre told me to try a new sim but if that doesn't work to contact Customer Services for a new hand set. Well guess what - it's not working again so spent a very frustrating 60 mins today being passed from pillar to post, must have spoken to 6 different people only to be told that I have to send it back for repair a third time. This is not acceptable to me - what can I do. How many times do I have to send it back for them not to finx the fault? After 60 mins on the phone the last person put me on hold and then terminated the call - not the first time Virgin call centre staff have done this to me GRRRRRRRR! Where do I go from here? We have 3 other mobiles and our home phone, TV and broadband all with Virgin.
