help virgin tv not working
My ntl digi-box was working fine earlier this evening. I went to switch it it on now and no joy. The red light is on on the on button, and I have tried putting new battteries in the remote and the old unplugging it trick. Has it died or is virgin tv offline in Norwich at the moment? I have tried the Virgin website with no joy. thanks!

Samsung 2110 boxes? There are a batch with a power supply fault that causes this.
Give Faults a call if it keep happening.

Re: help virgin tv not working
my set top box is doing this as well, recently if it was powered off it would go through lots of Ld numbers before powering back on but now it is stuck at ld:04 and has been for about 12 hours now. Is there anything I can do to help this box along or should I get in contact with the fault people?

Re: help virgin tv not working
hooray, the engineer came today and replaced the box with the same model the only difference is obviously it says virgin media vbox and not ntl on the front. Glad I didn't end up with a pace phew!
