You can check what CMTS kit you're on yourself.
You need to find your CMTS MAC address and enter atleast the first 6 characters into the link below e.g 00:1d:70 which reports back as Cisco for me.
I got my CMTS MAC address info from my network log page on my SH3.

So my IP address changed for the first time in nearly 2 years. Was getting some bad congestion in my area and now it's worse:
Down to 8 channels as well (Was 10).
Here's what it looked like before the change:

Here's my graph from my you-guess-what, I have 12 channels, connected to a Motorola BSR.
Your new graph looks awful Kushan, very unusual for one to lose channels like that and get a new IP.

looks like LINX or ncuk network is having another problem this evening.
I changed my "hub" to modem mode early this morning so my last posts graph got removed when I deleted it from thinkbroadband.
