M&M's. For some reason, over the last few weeks I have had an insatiable craving for chocolate. Weird thing is, when I follow a diet specially for diabetics my weight and blood sugar levels go UP. Yet when I eat what I want, weight falls of and blood sugars go DOWN.
Still too heavy though, that weight I lost the other year doing that work placement has now gone back on with a few extra kilos as well. So now I have to lose 13 kilos to get below 100 kilos. Ho hum.
