iPlayer on Freesat

Hi,
I have just bought a Humax Foxsat HD freesat receiver and connected it up to an old Sky dish. The receiver works fine and installation was really easy. The main reason I bought it was because I cancelled my BTVision account and my old Humax Freeview PVR does not get iPlayer.

The Foxsat HD gets iPlayer but the picture quality is terrible. On the BTVision box the iPlayer picture was identical to a normal broadcast, but on the Freesat box it's like watching a program recorded in the 70s. The picture is blurred and the resolution is too large, making it almost unwatchable. All other channels on the Freesat box are fine.

I would really be grateful for any feedback on this. Is this normal for Freesat? Is it just the Humax HD box? Are there some settings I need to change? Are any other boxes better?

Thanks very much for any feedback.
