Re: 2017/18 Speed Upgrade?
I was 200 which was provisioned at 220. You have been thinking of 150 because I can remember going 100, 120, 150 and then 200.

I probably got mixed up and thought 152 went to 200 then went to 250, as i went from 100 to 150 which was a different tier.

[nitpick]You mean 175 down and 12 up[/nitpick]
The SH3 doesn't determine what tier you're on, your account does. What does My Virgin Media state you're on? I suspect you're on a 150Mbit tier.

From what I saw earlier 150mbits is provisioned at something like 163mbits and I know from personal experience that 200 is provisioned at 220 so I don't know where you got 175 from.

... and the old 152Mb definitely wasn't provisioned at 175Mb either.

Re: 2017/18 Speed Upgrade?
175 rings a bell, did one of the tiers not get a free upgrade to somewhere around there?

Re: 2017/18 Speed Upgrade?
I stand corrected. I am going to have to find the other thread now where somebody was provisioned at 163mbits.

Re: 2017/18 Speed Upgrade?
Another upgrade would be pointless as some area's can't even get the new 350Mb package yet and also with all the new area's they are releasing the bandwidth would be chewed up easily.
