Watched the first 4 episodes so far, pretty good and I'm a fan of the original animé. They've also kept broadly to the original storylines.
Pity they ddn't make the closing credits in the same style as the animé: Selected monchrome still drawings.

Ive watch 6 episodes so far.
The first 5 were good, the 6th not so much.
I guess if its the only dud episode then not too bad.
