where do I complain to?
i had quite a few failed installs from 30/11/11 to 7/12/12, i was told they would get me some credit,from the dates i had no broadband because i had given notice which cost me £25 to cease my line,finally they got me mobile broadband from the middle december so i could retrieve some emails i had to pay for this service but i was told they would reimberse me, now they seem to be fobbing me off.so who can i email who is up the food chain
