Help with pricing
Having been a customer for 15 years and never had a retention deal, I phoned up a few weeks ago to review my package as it appeared that I was paying over the odds. Got what I thought was a reasonable deal plus a discount for nine months and was happy - until my new billing period started and it now appears that a number of services were omitted from the deal - Sky Sports HD and Caller Display having suddenly stopped working. Two calls to Customer Service later and I am more confused than ever!
Can anyone help me work out what the standard price should be for my services? I have:
3x TiVo Boxes (1tb, 1tb, 500gb)
Full House TV,
Sky sports & Cinema in HD
Talk More Anytime
Vivid 200 Broadband
Caller Display
In my view, I should be on the VIP bundle with an extra box and Caller Display add-on, but instead they seem to have put me on a lower package and then built it up from there.
