YouTube Background Music (Royalty Free)?

I have to upload 3x video clips on YouTube this week. They are home video clips that have been edited. I dont want to use the Original Soundtrack as I've edited it alot. Is there any website I can get Background Music from to add as a Sound Track?

I've seen YouTube's "Audio Swap" but I cant recognize many song titles & that only adds the Audio to YouTube, I want to add Audio on my PC not online via Audio Swap.

Something Happy or Rock/Pop type music would be nice.

009 sound system seem to have released their music free on audioswap on youtube. I quite like Trinity and Dreamscape
