Question Sky HD - Help please.

Hi folks,

I recently had a Sky HD fitted and my TV is a Lexsor HD ready. Ever since I had the HD installed all of a sudden the TV will just go off. At times I can't even control the functions on the remote control to turn it back on. Instead sometimes I have to manually remove the power plug to get the control functions to work again. This did not happen with the Sky+ but only with the HD box.

I've checked that the resoulition is set to 1080i and done the usual connection check with the viewing card upside down, but still this happens on a daily basic! Major pain let me tell you.

Has anyone else come accross this problem and if so what did you do to resolve it? I know I can call them up but to be honest I haven't got the time to spend on the call to them.
