Re: What are you eating now thread?
They have to put these warnings on though. I bought some chocolate rolls from M&S last week, and it said on the box that it doesn't contain nuts, but as it is made in a factory which processes nuts they cannot guarantee 100% it is safe for nut allergy sufferers to eat.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Just made a tasty garlic Prawn and potato salad.
Chuck in to a bowl some king prawns that you've tossed around in some sweet chilli sauce, some rocket salad, a few capers, chopped baby tomatoes, diced chopped cucumber, and some spring onions.
Part boil some diced potato 1cm cubes and then fry in garlic in a pan til crispy sided. Throw into the bowl.
Pour over some garlic olive oil and squeeze of lemon and toss it around.
Done.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Natalie made me something with chicken - peppers and cous cous (spelling?) in it - I have no idea what it was but it was pretty nice.

Sounds good Dilli. I like Couscous. Makes a change from things like rice.

Actually it's only the second time I've ever had it and the first time I hated it so she's clearly doing something right

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Next time you have them Den, stick a couple of crispy rashers of bacon under the cheese. Yummy!
Been getting fed up with sandwiches and salads so am going to have a nice steak.
