Pot Luck Stir fry with smokey Bacon Lardons. (The Pot Luck refers to the ingredients being what ever I can find in the Veg drawer and whatever meat I can find in the fridge. )

I like your "pot luck" idea.
I had a frittata including leftover cabbage, cauli, potato and peas with a bit of bacon and salad. (Not really used to the idea of 'leftovers'). It was suprisingly good
