anyway, took the deal but later realized it wouldn't work for me, so rang and cancelled next day. Cancelled DD's a few days later when Virgin set them up, now getting letters saying I've cancelled the DD and will be liable for 5 months.
strange how Virgin can set a deal up over the phone, yet seem unable to cancel it using the same method
hey ho, at work soon but customer services will be getting a call tomorrow ....
