I lost 3 kg in December, so am treating myself to a kebab and fries for tea tonight. Finally found a diet that works for me. Eat what I like and do plenty of exercise to burn the calories and going well so far.

I've been static at 95Kg for many years now, so a sudden drop in weight made me a little worried... then I remembered I was have mostly been in Hibernation Mode burning the fat for a few weeks

yum. not had fish fingers in a while. Asdas got 3 pomegranates for a £1. i havent tried them yet.

pomegranates are in a pack of 3. only 1 out of 3 was red for me. others were pink, white and black on outer edges inside. plastic says there from Spain - Mollar - Class II.
hand picked Lidl ones were better tbh
