Films for 2012
I know we're only half way thrrough 2011 but looks like there's some great films for next year. Here's a couple of trailers from this years comic-con.
Firstly what looks like it might be a female Bourne. Haywire

And then the reboot for the Spiderman franchise, The Amzing Spiderman

Well... Its supposed to be released in Summer 2012...however that only leaves them 12months to make it and they've not even written it yet!

Wonder why they're rebooting spiderman, it's not an 'old' film like say Star trek was.

You could say the same about x-men..
I think it's a case of not wanting to be restricted by the time lines offered by the earlier films..

Re: Films for 2012
Not really, the new x-men was about the franchises beginning, and presumably future films will be prior to the time point of the original x-men film, same with the Star trek reboot, that too starts at a point prior to any of the series/films to date. So you get same characters, but different material/new stuff.
spiderman however... this is not the case.

Re: Films for 2012
I agree... I think they'd done all they could do with the old franchise... Case of "Same carp Different Day"
However, not sure how they can expand on that with a reboot.
Anyone heard of any extra x-men films in the pipeline?
