Out of Contract - Trying to change tariff online

Hi there
When I click on Manage Tariff, it just shows a page saying
THANKS!

We'll switch your tariff over for you on your next refresh date and we'll send you a text when it's all done.

It doesn't give me any options at all.

Depending on how old your tariff is, it may be the ones that you could have moved to have now been withdrawn.

There is an automated option on 789 which will read out available tariffs. If that doesn't have anything either then Customer Services can find a tariff for you.
