Since Saturday (10th) morning we've either had no internet connection or it's running VERY slooooooowwwww. I've been told that it'll be resolved by 09.00 this coming Thursday

I have carried out a speed test which came back at 10MB, which is what I'm paying for, but the VM staff that I have spoken to have confirmed that there are speed issues in the Preston areas.
Is there anyone else in the Preston area having problems, or can anyone confirm what is happening please?
