SKY + Recent Fault

Hello

When I go to watch Sky Sports all I get is "No satellite Signal Is Being Recieved" this is everytime I go to watch either Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 2 or Sky Sports 3 all the other channels work fine unless the weather is bad which in Oldham it usually is.

The funny thing is though after about 10 seconds the Sky Sports channels suddenly come on fine and work, I would like to know how to fix this problem because it's quite annoying when you just love to flick through the channels.

The Sky HD box downstairs works fine and their is no problem with the Sky Sports channels it just seems to be happening on my SKY + box in my bedroom.

Manufacturer: Amstrad (Yes I know it's **** but i've never had problems with it in 2 years besides the occasional crash/restart going to channel 998)

Aren't sky supposed to be sending out new viewing cards. Have you received yours yet?

Yes, I have recieved my new viewing card and already set it up.

I only upgraded to Sky Sports when I got the new sky viewing card because I wanted to watch the ashes, The SKY HD box works fine and the weather as been pretty bad recently but it's just a bit wierd that it comes on after about 10 seconds and the signal strength and quality are pretty high.

I don't know if this worked fine on my old viewing card because Sky Sports wasn't on after March and I only got the viewing card in the first weeks of July.
