upgrading/downgrading phone package
Hi guys. Quick question about upgrading/downgrading phone packages. Basically my contract ended last month, re-signed on a retentions offer only this time included phone line with talk weekends.
This was less than a month ago, however today, i phoned and upgraded the weekend calls to anytime calls and paid the difference (£7.95) i asked wheather this would now start a new 12 month cotract from today. I was told no and that it would just be added to my services.
My question is does this mean i can go back to talk weekends if i choose and continue to pay my originally agreed package and price (LBB XLTV Weekend calls? Im just interested to find out really.
