Well, trying again with VM.

Been trying to talk to a 2nd tier support on the fault line now for about an hour (gotta love the endless repeating music, as I have been on hold for 60+ mins now), to no avail.

Anyone got any advice on how to actually get someone at VM actually look at my modem configuration? Its noted on my account file (I keep having people actually apologise to me for the issues, but with no actual resolution) but no updates on whether anything is actually going to happen.

Heh, figured I would try a hard reset of the router, as I hung up.

My configuration file refreshed itself... and... 5140000 bps was the result.

go figure. >_>

Pity VM TS couldn't have given you the correct answer on your first call instead of a load of made up rubbish.
