Well I AM mostly blind so use a cane to get around much of the time.

At the risk of going really off topic....
I use a program called zoomtext to read out what's on my pc screen. As for typing, I had my first pc when I was 3 / 4 so I don't really need to see the keyboard.
I have diabetic retinopathy by the way.
