Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app
Ok, I'm going with YouTube for now. Apologies in advance for the iPhone 3Gs video quality (and the reflection of me). And also apologies for having to censor the channel logos. VM are happy for me to share this, but they wanted the logos obfuscated (presumably for licensing as it's not released?)
Also, there's a few things I haven't shown, like streaming, social media sharing, On Demand interaction, Help pages, Away Access, Settings, and Search. In fact, it's a shame I didn't show search (assuming it would have been allowed), as it's one of the most useful features. But to be honest, it works exactly as you'd expect fast search to work.
Still uploading to YouTube... 10 minutes to go.

Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app
Good video, almost the same as the US version. I am looking forward to seeing when it is released now.

Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app
Looking at the video it appears that it has taken VM nearly a year to colour the app red!

Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app
Looks brilliant. The delays are really awful, and not for any apparent reason. I'm assuming that the excuse given a long time ago that the app was ready but they wanted to resolve the issue of how to connect your TiVo to your router is still the party line, which is pretty obviously rubbish, but the video looks excellent.

Some forum members seem to have got it into their head that is was going to be released Monday but there is no chance of that Andy.

Experience tells me that sometime in November is the most likely scenario.

Precisely! The only statement I have seen said autumn.
I feel thought it won't be long - and the maxim where I work is "don't upgrade on a Friday".
My guess is a release day would be a Tues/Wed.

3 months? Come on man!
6 months at least (go on Virgin, prove me wrong!)
