Good news Masque I got a text of Virgin Mobile, they are on my case sorting out my account problem, I will have to sort out my phone battery its dimming the street lighting when i put it on charge .

That is good news.
If the is a local Virgin Mobile store take the phone in there and ask for a replacement battery.
