Virgin customer services.................
..... are a bunch of ....
Really helpful people There was an outage in the BR6 area yesterday. I phoned faults on 151, got through to a girl in a British call center and was told what the problem was, where the engineers were, and when the services would be restored.
Can't fault them at all, so come on, lets (for once) hear tales of *good* customer service!

They phoned me this morning to check that the modem problem I had on Friday had been fixed. I had an old Teryon which was dropping connection, it was replaced by an Ambit.

Yeah, can't fault Retentions. When I cancelled my TV service. They actioned the request properly, confirmed it by snail mail and my billing was and has been correct ever since.
The only thing was I did have to hold for a good few minutes before getting to speak to someone, understandable though, I expect they keep pretty busy in that Department what with all the haggling and stuff that goes on.
