It's possible, you can add more than one charge of the same type to the account

I asked on facebook and Virginmedia said £3 per account:
Virgin Media In regards to the TiVo £3 charge guys, I can confirm this is £3 per account.

Thanks for that and this means a phone call is forthcoming to Virgin as they are charging me 2 £3 monthly Tivo fees.

Customer Services should be able to sort this and credit the overcharge. Virgin are working on permanent solution
