Maybe BT will use AMC slots for this rumour BT 1 Channel.
After all in 2007 or 2008 Virgin Media use FTN Channel slots for Virgin1.

Note to self, buy more shares in ITV before it's too late. Entertainment One as well....

I think we would. I would imagine that BT would want such a channel to generate some reasonable revenue, as VM did for Virgin 1.

Run of the mill, perhaps, but as long as there are one or two dramas to record every week, worth having, like Sky 1.

I think the dearer box will cost £99 and extra £3 per month on top original TiVo monthly fee or £199 and no monthly fee
If there is a cheaper 2nd box say without 4K, less storage and less tuners for £49 and extra £3 per month on top original TiVo monthly fee or £149 and no monthly fee
If there is a TiVo mini that would be £49 with no fee also long as you have the 4K box or with a monthly fee if you have cheaper box

Horizon Lite is a system where the whole interface is rendered on LG's servers and accessed via a very basic cable box. It's designed for the Eastern European cable operators where the network isn't good enough for smart STBs and the two-way data requirements they have.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin Media TV (2016) Vol 2
MB why do you feel you have to respect your DNP orders?
The sources who give you the information obviously do not respect VM's own DNP orders. Your sources shouldn't be telling anyone!!
You show loyalty to people who disrespect VM by leaking such valuable information to random people like yourself...Do you really think they would be so loyal back to you??
I'm just saying beware of those you trust...specially when they are disloyal and betray who they work for.

It will probably have similar content but I guess the differences are that i) Virgin 1 was effectively a rebrand of Ftn ii) Its business model was to be self-sustaining by advertising and it was available on Freeview as well as VM and Sky. BT's looks like a loss-leader channel that will be exclusive to its own platform.

Presumably because he won't get any more if he does. Even if Media Boy does not get to share them before VM officially announces the news, he gets to know the information himself which may be rewarding.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin Media TV (2016) Vol 2
If MB feels it's ethical to receive such DNPs when he shouldn't be anyway...why is it so unethical to share them??
Sorry guys....not normally in such an argumentative mood...ignore me! :-(
I look forward to hearing more exciting news shortly :-)
This was quite a detailed article on the new Tivo 2
