Called up VM on Wednesday as wanted to cut services down to save some money and spoke to nice guy who not only cut my bill down by £20 a month but also
Upgraded bb to 100mb
Up graded landline to talk unlimited
Gave TiVo box too!!! Plus get to keep my V+ box and move it to the bedroom.
Not what I expected but a lot more, that's customer service 😁😁

thats nice of customer service as i guess its sometimes a matter of who you speak to you.
So what package you got now and how much is your subscription if you dont mind me asking?
I've got tvXL sky movies with 1x V+ box, 1x hd box and 1x old std box (TiVo to be installed next week)
