Another Yae for sky fibre.
It's been 100% 24/7 solid for me and really is unlimited unlike others ( you know who I'm referring too) who only claim to be for marketing purposes.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
What settings do i need to change on the SH to stop the Monitor displaying constant RED as i have forgotten and trying to setup a new SH?
---------- Post added at 12:42 ---------- Previous post was at 12:12 ----------
I have disabled IP flood protection but it is still all RED, what else do i need to do?

Think i have found the setting to change it but it hasn't changed the graph yet.

You need to set up a new monitor if you have a new SH

Make sure your IP hasn't changed, which it almost certainly has. Also it takes time for the graph to move, unticking the IP flood protection won't magically make the graph appear green.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Finally found out what was causing the spikes on my graph. You can see the last couple of spikes going through yesterday evening.
It was the guy next door using my FON hotspot for facilitating his cloud up and downloads. He was uploading and downloading large graphics files for his business at regular intervals, driven by his software. He was tired of using his BT ADSL connection and couldn't believe his luck when he discovered the available bandwidth on FON. He got free access because he has BT FON WiFi. It's funny because from time to time my android and a laptop automatically log onto his BT FON when I'm on his side of my house.
I have no problem with this. I should have checked my FON connection log. Up until now, no one has used my hotspot! Running it just gives me free access to BT FON and millions of FON spots world-wide.
I told him he can carry on using my FON spot, but I will be dropping the available bandwidth; still way above what he gets with BT.

Too right he hasn't.
Infinity is now available up our street though. Engineers installing the cabinet reckoned I would probably get 35Mb on a 40Mb set up. I ain't moving from VM even with better upload speed, because of low contention in our nodal area.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
does rebooting the SH, powering down for 30seconds then powering up sort out your monitor?
