Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
It won't have anything to do with Tivo. The TBB graph is a sort of peer to peer connection between TBB & your router. The Tivo stuff is not on the tuned frequencies of your cable modem/SH.
Noting what you say about the computers being off, maybe there's an upstream impairment that could be revealed by your modem stats and event log. Any chance we could see these? Please refresh the upstream stats so we can see if upstream power is moving from refresh to refresh.

Still holding up well. Plus either the upstream frequency was changed or there are now 2 in this area. The short packet loss spike in this around 1pm is where I rebooted to see if it swapped back to old channel but it didn't.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Been having issues with SWTOR since my superhub upgraded its firmware the other day, am on 30mb, I keep suffering mini lag spikes last no more than 5-10 seconds, I dont get disconnected but I cant do anything in game until it settles back to normal, Virgin say its Biowares problem, Bioware say its Virgin, same old story, anyway trying to use this to make things clearer so what do you all think ?

IMO the problem lies with VM, your broadband is poor most of the time by the looks of that graph.
Just in case it's your own activity that causing your poor TBB results, can you show a graph when you know for a fact that nothing was running on your network.

Well that pretty much proves it's a VM issue IMO, so your choices are
A. Get onto VM again and complain and ask them to check utilisation both down and upstream, check your power levels are spot on, all cables done up nice and tight ish.
Then sit tight once VM have concurred the issue is theirs and wait for a resolution date, but be prepared to wait a long time as it can take months to get issues like yours sorted.
B. Move to BT Infinity or Sky Fibre.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
the superhub gave me 6 downstream while the vmng is 4 this could be the reason the only thing bad with the hub is the wireless range amd the jitter issues pre the r36 firmware i would trade ur monitor for mine
