Angry Virgin on the go?

Is it just me or has anybody else noticed this?
I wanted to download the virgin on the go app too my Samsung galaxy s11
But was informed that you could not get it on android, no problem I thought my contract with virgin is up for renewal I will just change it to an iPhone only to be told virgin don't do iPhone contracts which the virgin on the go app does work on.!! As I have an xl package with virgin media complete with sky movies and 2xmulti room I feel very let down by virgin.
BT have already set up BT ON THE MOVE FOR ANDROID and Sky has it also so how much farther are Virgin going to fall behind.?!!
Seriously thinking of moving to BT .!!

Lightbulb Re: Virgin on the go?

Cheers bro I read the comments on their own app and it seems it doesn't work for anybody as I said they are miles behind everyone else.
Time for a move I think.!!!

BT TV <3

BT are pretty serious about supporting as many platforms as possible with new hardware and software services.
