That is Virgin Mobile USA - which is fairly obvious from the fact the LA Times is the source, and the costs are in dollars

I am on Vodafone I have the iPhone 4 s can I buy a sim card from virgin and put it into my iPhone

Need to get phone unlocked to any network then it should work fine bud
