issues with down speed

I have noticed this over the last few weeks that I'm not getting full 50 meg down speed am sometimes getting over just 30meg.

I live in Falkirk, Central Scotland

I did a test on thinkbroadband and got this result

and these from the speedtest.net

Can anyone see what the problem is please?

Re: issues with down speed

power levels are fine. your monitor doesnt look extremely bad.

try > www.speedtester.bt.com

google ccleaner and download-install the program then run the cleaner to get rid of temp files thenn try speedtest again.

have you spoken to VM support via 150/151 ?

whats your ETA for speed double upgrades?

Re: issues with down speed

speedtest sites suck. they have been going downhill recently.

try these files on thinkbroadband > www.thinkbroadband.com/download.html

qas his graph sucks like mine and many more but he should be maxing out which he is. its the shoddy speedtest sites. he tested via BT and max'd out
