The key to this is to not use the Internet Port on the DIR 615.
1) Set the superhub up as you have done. I guess you have kept the standard 192.168.0.1 address with the 255.255.255.0 mask? Set the SH wireless to the 5GHz band.
2) Connect your pc to a DIR 615 wired LAN port. Can be done wirelessly but it's more hastle if you are changing those settings. Don't connect the DIR 615 to the SH yet.
3) Connect to the configuration page of the DIR 615. Go to the Network Settings page and change the IP address of the router to somthing out of the way (e.g. 192.168.0.254) and apply the setting.
4) Reconnect to the DIR 615 on the new address 192.168.0.254. Go back to the Network Settings page and un-check the 'Enable DHCP Server' box. Apply the setting.
5) Setup the wireless on the DIR 615 as you want.
6) Connect one of the LAN ports on the SH to one of the LAN ports on the DIR 615.
Job done. In this way the DIR 615 is acting as a simple wireless switch. DHCP is provided by the SH and only one NAT is being used (in the SH).
An alternative DHCP scheme is to disable DHCP in the SH and enable it in the DIR 615. This can have some advantages (like allowing the DNS relay function to work)
Enjoy.
