Following a need to reduce costs I rang VM to reduce my TV from XL to L,only to be told that in doing so I`d lose all my loyalty discounts and pay £20+ more a month which rather defeats the object.
So following often given advice on here and the VM forum I asked to speak to Retentions.After 20 minutes on the phone I now have my L TV plus my BB is upgraded from 10Mb to 30Mb,all for considerably less a month.
An the moral is Speak to Retentions if you want an efficient service.
