Doesn't affect any traffic to/from VM that I could detect, seems like public peering is fine so looks like it's purely VM <=> TBB

took me 40 mins almost to do my shopping online, I had to disable the option to load pics on tesco site.

Looks like his problems are all at his local node. Still no proof this bump actually affected any real traffic.
