there are vaporisers out there for herbal use already just a bit bigger or you could use a crack pipe or a modified filament light bulb

Nearly there Maggy. I've looked at a few over the last few months but decided (was forced by Mrs Angry) to hold off for a six berth.

Well done Mr A and all my fellow members who have managed to conquer the smoking habit.
I shudder to think how much money I would have set fire to over the 30 years I have been nicotine free had I continued to smoke. I gave up for various reasons not least the health of my son who at, at the age of 2, had started to develop asthma. Seeing my healthy non-smoking son now playing with our precious grandson brings home to me how much I could have lost had I not kicked the habit all those years ago.
Mr A, I look forward to the day that you announce the purchase of that boat of yours. It has been a long time coming but what an achievement.

Re: Stopping smoking support.
Just realised it's 1 year today!!!
Don't want to come across as smug, but it's been very very easy. I miss smoking because I suppose I enjoyed it, but don't crave it and if I can go one year I can go the rest of my life!!
Cheers

Re: Stopping smoking support.
Thanks everyone, could have 'wobbled' but didn't. Found a pack in a jacket pocket the other week and just binned them without thinking!
