No Programme Information on one box
I'm hoping one of you VM experts can help here.
I got a second V+ box a couple of weeks ago and since then I keep getting the no programme information on most channels on the original TV Drive box. Both boxes are SA.
Could this be a signal issue or would a reformat make a difference?

This is affecting a lot of people at the moment. The cause is under investigation. Rebooting the box should make the problem go away temporarily.
Out of interest, which region are you in?

I've rebooted it a few times, sometimes some of the channels come back but it doesn't last.
I'm in Uddingston.
So you reckon it's just a coincidence that it started happening on the old box just as I got the new one installed?

Yes. Unless you are taking responsibility for it happening right across the country.

The 2nd box is in the playroom so it must be their fault - they're always tinkering.
I'll ground them both and see if that solves the problem for everybody

oh im glad that its not just me with the same issue as the OP, ill try a reboot in a bit and see what happens,
what could be the cause or is it a bit hard to tell

In the ME5 aera of Kent and had the same problems in the last month,have to reboot the box

I have this issue to but only on my v+ box the sd one is fine and i can change channels really fast but the v+ fails to respond to channels changes then all of a sudden it will go threw 3 or 4 in 1 go and i don,t get programes showing up.

All SA v+ boxes do this
