My first post so don't shoot me!
I have the Virgin Media Mobile 30 day sim only contract of 200 mins, unlimited texts, unlimited virgin to virgin calls and 1Gb internet each month. I just had my second bill from them, which I checked and for some reason on the 6/7 January (in the middle of the billing month) they charged me the Internet daily rate of 30p for two days when I turned on the mobile in the morning. Obviously these should be included, so I rang up for an explanation, the operator was puzzled but refunded me without question and apologised.
What I'm saying is check your bills, clearly they're not always right!
