Website randomly doesnt exist on VM

Afternoon,

Please help, I'm going mad.

I need to access Vocare.org.uk I've been able to access it for months.

As of last Monday, I can't access it from home on any device using my VirginMedia connection.

Same devices, different networks and it works fine.

Any ideas what I can do?

Re: Website randomly doesnt exist on VM

I just tried it and I can confirm that on my Android phone via 3G it works, via WiFi/SH2/Virgin it doesn't.

As to what you can do, either call them on 150 (and good luck explaining it!) or raise it over on the Virgin forums at community.virginmedia.com where you might find someone who can help.

Re: Website randomly doesnt exist on VM

DNS resolves OK for www.vocare.org.uk and the same for vocare.org.uk. (128.65.103.80)

Can't ping it though. Looks like it's being blocked somewhere in VM's network.

Re: Website randomly doesnt exist on VM

Seems to get out of VM but lost near it's destination. VM CS may not be able to help you.

Re: Website randomly doesnt exist on VM

yeah, I was going to say that, I am not confident it is a VM issue. I can get to it through my vpn but it takes forever to load and using a server in Holland it times out
