I am guessing you are on Windows 7/8? Virgin Email is (I think) a GMail hosted webmail service so the blue circle would imply the browser you are running to access the email site is not responding. Unless there is a plugin issue, I doubt if it is the mail site itself causing this.

I would try another browser if you have one. The natural chocie for a GMail hosted site is Chrome. Can you see if Chrome has the same issue (assuming you are not running this already)?

R U running ghostery add-on!

Like ianch99 said try another browser to test.

I know Mozilla stops a redirection in virgin mail as in it does in gmail as they are the same platform.

It is hanging.
