V+ changing feed/channel randomly

Happened a few times now. If I press for the guide or list of recordings the picture will change to another channel (eg. I was on 5 HD and the picture changed to E4 HD) but the box and EPG still think its on 150.

Please say this won't have to get replaced, I need that Component Out.

You will need to get it checked by support probably best to call tomorrow after 0800 and they will be able to see if the are any issues and if a engineer is required.

Re: V+ changing feed/channel randomly

Have you changed the remote control batteries recently? If you haven't that may be worth trying too. I know the remote control sends 'crossed signals' to the box if the batteries are dying.

It's more likely a technical issue, but if it is down to low batteries it will save a call.

The other issue is flourescent bulbs (low energy) in the same room - they can play havoc with IR remotes....
