Which browser are you using?
I get the new player in IE9 but the old player in Chrome 12. I also appear to be getting a newer version of Google.co.uk in IE9 but the old style in Chrome 12.

I know this was aimed at another user but just for reference i'm using safari 5.05
also what does the new google look like; im not sure if i have that or not

@TJS, not much. They appear to be going with some sort of black theme where the menu is on the top, instead of being white its now black and where it says "advanced search, language tools" instead there is a weird looking blue button, there is also no "google search" button below the search bar.
