Virgin mobile infrastructure

Does anybody have any ideas if virgin/T mobile will be making any improvements to the infrastructure of their network. I have been getting some signal problems. I would also like to divert calls on my phone to a land line when my phone is switched off. I spoke to a representative about this some months ago he said it is not possible with their infrastructure at the moment.

Re: Virgin mobile infrastructure

Virgin Mobile uses T-Mobile as the core backbone to providing their service. If the infrastructure itself were to improve, then it'd be T-Mobile you'd moan at... Though, I'd have thought call-diverts and such like were more a internal network configuration......

Re: Virgin mobile infrastructure

I have always found the Virgin / T Mobile signal to be poor. I cant dial out up stairs as the signal is just pants.

Re: Virgin mobile infrastructure

It depends where you are; I get the same reception on Virgin Mobile as I did on Orange. In university halls I couldn't get any signal on Orange, but full from Virgin Mobile!

Re: Virgin mobile infrastructure

In certain towns, T-Mobile's reception is good.

From my experience, Orange is really bad now and O2's signal just keeps chopping and changing all the time giving bad sound quality.

If you wanna complain to T-Mobile call: 01707-315-000 which is there HQ near Potters Bar.
