A long time. Even iPlayer which has been around for years only has a very limited selection of HD on demand. Plus they don't offer it on their own site unlike the beeb.

Was it actually broadcast in HD though? or just on ITV HD?

It was actually broadcast in HD, if you go on HD catch up there are only BBC shows available in HD and in the press release when ITV1HD launched it said that we were going to get HD shows on demand

Very true... not sure why ITV and VM haven't got HD On Demand content from ITV1HD yet.

I guess for the same reason they have never bothered with Channel 4 HD stuff

There is a ITV HD folder in TV Choice... admittingly only 1 programme listed at the moment though.
