I'm not sure. I think both robocop, and total recall, could be done well. But that is the crux, they would need to be done justice, else don't do it

Re: Films for 2012
Have to agree, some films are best left alone, I watched Robocop the other night on Netflix, still a great film

Nope, I might agree with casablanca as a classic, not with robocop...but...to each their own

Re: Films for 2012
Don't know about the Robocop remake, it's sounding a bit pants already with the making it more about the person and them thinking/feeling about becoming a machine.

Re: Films for 2012
Didn't know they were remaking robocop until reading this thread . . can't see it being up to much for all who have grown up with the originals but . . we will see I will give it a chance when it comes out.
Looking forward to the new batman film the dark knight rises and the avengers too!

Yes The Dark Knight Rises and The Avengers are films that look very promising judging by the trailors

Yeah, I found it a but dull to start with as well, it did eventually get going a bit, but I think it could have been shortened, and livened up a bit.
I saw Mirror Mirror last week, that was quite entertaining, 7/10.
