Updating website !

Hi all, since I started to use a Router I can't update my website ! but if I un-plug the router & just connect through the modem all works ok.
How do I get to update through the router ?? any ideas.

How does it "not work" ? Does the FTP connection fail? Does it not upload? Or am I missing something entirely.

Yes, I connect through the ntl modem but I'm also going through a "Peak" Router !

Can you specify the model? I take it all other browsing is fine on the connection.

you could try to forward a port for FTP, you might find some instructions on how to do this for your router here...
