Windows 8.1 Thumbnail refresh
Is there anyway to stop the auto refresh of thumbnails on folders?



I have many images on my PC and for some reason everytime i go into the folder that they contain the thumbnails auto update everytime even though there has been no change and it really annoys me.

If you right click and then go to properties you can add pick an image to use in the customize tab.
