i am using ntl broadband service with their ntl modem which have only one ethernet port.and i bought a other cable modem which have bulitin router and gateway+4 ethernet port cable modem name(RCA DCW615R).when i connected it with the cable but it didnt work.and schronization light was blinking.then i call on ntl (vergin media) help line and told about that problem. then they told me i cant use my this modem .i can only use of that ntl modem which ntl give us.beause that ntl modem MAC adress register on their server and they cant change it...of that time i had very disheart..
so any body can help me about that i can able to use my RCA modem with on ntl broad band cable.can i change or replace my RCA modem mac adress of ntl modem mac adress?
