Before anyone pulls me up on this minuscule detail, the US release date is June 2012, but I couldn't see a UK release date, so it may or may not fall into films for 2012

Yup, no Mars. Cohaagen instead rules "Euromerica", and the rival state is "New Shanghai".
The only thing about this that gives me hope it won't suck is that it has Bryan Cranston in it.

I have had 4 friends all see "The Hunger Games" and all are mystified as to how it's getting rave reviews... one mate spent the first half trying not to nod off...

Have to agree, while I realise I'm not the target audience, I found it extremely dull especially compared to the books, I think they've lightened the whole thing far too much to get it's 12A certificate
